Join me in gearing up to celebrate pride!
Hey friends,
I’m excited to share that I’ll be hosting a workshop next week at the University of Waterloo as part of their Pride Month celebrations!
✂️📚 Celebrate Pride: Writing Possibility – Storytelling as Survival
🗓 Friday, June 6, 2025 | ⏰ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT
📍EXP 1686 | University of Waterloo, Faculty of Health — Register here
In this interactive, in-person workshop, we’ll explore storytelling as a tool for survival, resistance, and radical joy within 2SLGBTQ+ communities.
Together, we’ll:
Reflect on the genre of our lives and the stories only we can tell
Engage in some zine-making
And a live reading from The Haunting of Adrian Yates
No experience or prep needed — just bring your full self. Sharing is always optional. Everyone is welcome.
This event is hosted by the Faculty of Health at the University of Waterloo and supported by their Dean’s Advisory Committee on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (EDI-R).
🎥 Meanwhile on YouTube…
I’ve been uploading new content about co-parenting, navigating polyam relationships, and baby prep — yes, it’s all happening!

Thanks for coming on this journey with me, and I hope to see you at UWaterloo on June 6th 💜
With care,
